PDS offers plan document drafting and customization services as well as a complete inventory of volume submitter, prototype and individually designed plan documents and summary plan descriptions for qualified and nonqualified plans. We deliver documents through an easy-to-use, web-based document-generation system. PDS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Thompson Hine LLP and is an outgrowth of the legal services that have been provided by the firm’s employee benefits practice for more than 100 years.
